Since Oklahomans for the Arts announced HB 1895 over the weekend, there has been a groundswell of support for the Oklahoma Arts Council. The story has been covered by several media outlets across the state.
Yesterday, longtime news anchor and commentator with KWTV-9, Kelly Ogle, offered his support to the Oklahoma Arts Council in his weekly "My Two Cents" essay. The Lost Ogle, a satirical news blog, also covered HB 1895 along with Los Angeles Times Culture Monster section.

Someone has also created a Facebook page, Oklahomans Against HB 1895, and Dusty Gilpin of Tree and Leaf Clothing created the badge below in coordination with Stephen Kovash, owner of Istvan Gallery.
The Norman Transcript published a letter to the editor earlier today in support of Oklahoma Arts Council funding. It was written by a local attorney, Don Holladay. Click here to read it.
