Former Paducah city planner to talk TIF, BID at Oklahoma Arts Conference

Tom Barnett, Executive Director, Metropolitan Development, City of Evansville, Indiana, is among an impressive lineup of speakers that will be presenting at the Oklahoma Arts Conference in Tulsa October 26-27.

Barnett was part of the nationally-recognized redevelopment in Paducah, Kentucky (population 26,000). He will share insight into the first phase of the process, including information specific to planning, zoning and artist home-ownership incentives. The title of his presentation is TIF, BID, Arts District Designation? Deciding the Right Thing for Your Community & How to Start.
